Our philosophy as a business is to approach this pandemic with urgency, empathy and purpose. Risk Crew’s highest priority is the health and well-being of our staff and of the community we serve, including our customers, affiliate partners and employee candidates.

We understand the numerous and complex set of challenges you face in continuing to provide for the safety of your staff and the ongoing security integrity of your systems and sensitive information assets they process during this time. Consequently, we feel a strong sense of responsibility to ensure we can support you in any way possible. To this end, we have implemented the following measures here at Risk Crew:


Business as Usual

We are operating as normal from 09:00 – 18:00 Monday through Friday. Key business stakeholders are working from our main offices to ensure critical business processes go uninterrupted. We have implemented all operational measures recommended in established UK Government guidelines: Working safely during coronavirus (COVID-19) – Guidance – GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)

Hybrid Workforce

All non-essential Risk Crew staff are working from home and in office. We use our internal secure communications tools to keep staff updated on the latest developments. Risk Crew has a strong remote work culture that has empowered us to adapt quickly to the impacts of the outbreak. This fact has primarily allowed us to continue to deliver uninterrupted 24/7 support to our customers and to remain focused fully on their security needs. All testing is done through secured proxy servers unless specifically requested and in the events that consultants are dispatched to client sites, they strictly adhere to established guidelines (linked above).

Flexible Recruitment Processes

We are continuing to hire for open positions and have adapted a fully virtual recruitment process. All candidate interviews will take place via phone or Zoom for the foreseeable future. Given the impact that COVID-19 is having on global travel and immigration laws, Risk Crew has temporarily suspended immigration sponsorship until further notice. We will update this page as the situation evolves.
