As the Information Security Service Delivery Administrator, you’ll be part of an elite team of experts who are dedicated to delivering information, risk management and security penetration testing services.

You are a proactive and passionate Service Delivery Administrator who helps schedule and ensure the delivery of services and solutions. You are knowledgeable in service delivery platforms such as (Monday.com) and customer relations management (Zoho) or are happy to train on these platforms. You would like to be given the opportunity to train as a client-facing GRC consultant.

Your responsibilities

  • Proving continuous support to Testing and Risk Team leaders, ensuring project milestones are established and recorded, and maintaining delivery calendar schedules.
  • Administering Monday.com software as a service (SaaS) platform scheduling security penetration testing and GRC projects capturing on-time, in budget key performance indicators.
  • Scheduling customer workshops to present project deliverables.
  • Providing continuous support to Sales Team members to ensure commercial pipeline data is managed and accessible for action.
  • Support the administration of Zoho SaaS platform producing commercial pipeline reports and action lists as required.
  • Administering customer computer-based training platform and providing customer support as required.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of SaaS solutions.
  • Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to implement security measures and protocols.
  • Generate reports and analytics as required
  • Prepare and present regular reports on CRM and Service Delivery performance, issues, and improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of cyber security principles, frameworks, and practices.
  • Proficiency in using and managing SaaS management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) are a plus.
